1. Are all your products licensed? If so, do they come with certification?
   
   Yes, all our products are licensed and they come with certification in terms of owner manuals from their respective manufacturers.
   
   
2. How many keys would I receive with each car?
   
   There are mostly 2 keys given as a part of standard process for each ride on car you would purchase from us.
   
   
3. Do you products come with a warranty? If so, how can I claim it in case I would have to?
   
   Yes, all of our products come with a 1 year standard warranty across the U.A.E. and if there are any issues that are not related to wear and tear, they can be repaired with us within that period.
   
   
4. Do you only shop across the U.A.E. or even beyond?
   
   We only shop across the U.A.E. at the moment and not beyond. Remote areas in the U.A.E. would have an extra delivery charge of AED 20 in addition to the standard AED 25 delivery charge.
   
   
5. If I want to customize the number plate on my child's car/bike, do you offer a service like that?
   
   Yes, we do offer number plate customization in the form of high quality sticker that can be pasted easily to your child's ride-on. It can be a Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Sharjah/RAK/Fujairah/UAQ/Ajman number of your choice.
    
6. I'm not happy with my child's ride on and wish to return it. Do you accept vehicles once assembled and used?
   
   We generally do not accept vehicles once they've been opened, assembled and used. However, for an exchange, we may refund back 50% from the original value of purchase within 14 days period.
   
   
7. The Ride On that arrived was faulty and did not work. How do I file a complaint for return/exchange/refund?
   
   All of our vehicles are tested for all quality checks before they are dispatched to your registered address. However, we may accept your newly purchased ride-on if it encounters a mechanical issue and we will try to repair it if we can. If it's not repairable, we will offer you a replacement option for the same item.
   
   
8. My child would personally like to try the ride of his/her choice and then we would like to purchase as it would make us all more comfortable about the purchase decision. Do you have an outlet?
   
   Yes, Our outlet in Mushrif Mall, Abu Dhabi is open for you to come and enjoy our rides. Although we may not be able to offer you all our rides there but we've covered our most loved rides and for a small fee, they can be driven for 15/30/60 minutes. If you like it, buy it.

• Do you offer a membership program at Kids Cars Play Area?

Yes, we do have a membership program at our Kids Cars play area, For every 7 rides, the 8th one comes free if all stamps have been collected on our loyalty card.

• What are the charges for Kids Cars rental?
